Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be modified or canceled. Here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for canceled orders, incorrect deliveries, or missing items. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the issue by contacting support@lieferfood.de.
